Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mukunda Global.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to our printing services. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. General

  • All printing orders placed with Mukunda Global are considered custom-made and are produced according to customer specifications.

  • By approving a design, quotation, or sample, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all details and agree to proceed with printing under these terms.

  • Mukunda Global reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after 100% advance payment and final approval of the sample or design proof.

  • Once the sample or proof has been approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

  • All verbal instructions must be confirmed in writing (via email or message) to avoid miscommunication.

3. Design and Proof Approval

  • Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, grammar, layout, images, and color details in the sample or proof before approval.

  • After sample approval, Mukunda Global will not be liable for any errors or omissions that appear in the final printed product.

  • Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed output due to printing limitations. Such variations are normal and not considered defects.

4. Payment Terms

  • All printing jobs require full payment in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Work will not begin until payment is received.

  • In case of delayed payments, the delivery schedule may be extended accordingly.

5. Delivery and Timelines

  • Printing generally requires 1 working day, and installation or fixing (if applicable) may take 2 additional working days.

  • The total estimated completion time is usually 3–4 working days, depending on the size and type of order.

  • Delivery may be made via courier, local transport, or in-person delivery, as agreed.

  • Mukunda Global will not be responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Replacements

  • Since all printing work is customized, no returns or refunds are accepted after the sample or proof is approved.

  • A replacement will only be considered if:

    • The product delivered is damaged or incorrect, and

    • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs for verification.

  • Once verified, Mukunda Global may offer a replacement or suitable resolution at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mukunda Global is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or delay of our products or services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
