At Mukunda Global, we are committed to delivering your printing orders safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to our printing services.
1. Order Processing
All print orders are processed only after receiving full payment and final approval of the design from the customer.
Standard processing time:
Printing: 1 working day
Fixing & Installation (if applicable): 2 working days
The total estimated completion time is 3–4 working days, depending on order volume and project complexity.
2. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered through local courier, transport service, or in-person delivery, based on the customer’s location and order size.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during order confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via call, message, or email.
For bulk or heavy materials, customers may also arrange their own pickup from our office.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on your location and type of order.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as transport issues or material shortages) may occur.
Mukunda Global will inform you promptly in case of any delay and provide an updated delivery schedule.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged items for verification.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or corrective action as deemed appropriate.
5. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide delivery services within India.
For specific locations or bulk orders outside our standard delivery area, please contact our support team for options and charges.
